Abstract: Culture is the soul of a country and a nation. Culture invigorates the country, and culture strengthens the nation. Without a high degree of cultural confidence, without the prosperity of culture, there will be no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Culture is the backbone and soul of a nation. It casts the heart and character of a nation and a nation. Only with cultural confidence can a nation stand in the forest of nations in the world. Only when the people has faith can a country have strength and a nation have.

 

卢玉琼  女，汉族到壮族。1969年6月27日出生身份证登记日期1970年6月13日，祖籍原广东南海县现佛山市南海区籍贯广西百色靖西市人。文化程度是80年代中国民师生毕业属于全能型的教师专业乐理科目只是我其中专业之一。原国家小学代课教师小学二级教师。包括担任小学代课教师十年国家在2012年有政策补办10年教龄参保和个体户自己交社保费有26年一共有近37工龄2025年6月已办理退休。1988年6月就读红七军革命根据地广西百色地区民族师范学校毕业（简称国家民师学校今百色学院）1988年9月我19岁由国家统一分配工作加入小学教师队伍。由于我当时是农业人口就被定为代课教师非农业户口的同学定为正式教师。在待遇很低的比正式教师低一半的工资在中越边境广西靖西县乡村小学一个人担任一个班级所有的教学工作。白天一天站讲台上课晚上还要批改作业备课等工作长达十年。而我全家人本身都是非农业人口在广东南海县城和靖西县全家都是非农业人口在城里单位工作的人家。1971年在文革时期动乱期间，爷爷外公父母辈门都是抗战人员老革命是国家干部也是领导都被批斗了被下放到农村工作。我和妈妈及三个哥哥户口就变成农业人口在1981年国家有政策下来，爷爷和父亲都得平反回城恢复领导职位当时爷爷已经不在世了父亲回城恢复领导职位后在1985年国家有政策下来我家符合农转非户口的政策父亲填表了交给单位经办人员就顾着工作了办事人员病了住院就没有把我家的农转非报表报到上级有关单位结果把我全家农转非都耽误了我的户口在1992年国家有高价买的农转非户口政策买的农转非。我是80年代中国民师生那个年代的中国民师生是文科理科优秀品学兼优才能被国家民师学校录取的属于全能型的专业教师。在中越边境原广西百色地区靖西县现靖西市担任小学代课教师十年后，由于我跟丈夫是夫妻两地分居。丈夫及家人单位工作地点在北海市可是他长期在外工作，家里老小都需要我照顾所以在1998年9月被迫离开我热爱的教师岗位随家属从靖西来到北海市后一个人一边照顾家里老小为了生活我在北海只能做个体户。在就读小学到中国民师生期间一直担任班长生活委员等班干职务，在担任国家小学代课教师十年里是教师队伍的骨干！做个体户期间遵守国家法律法规依法纳税也安排下岗职工失业人员就业。2020年春节前我国武汉遇到了历史罕见的突如其来的疫情，我也51岁了创作并演唱发行了第一首原创歌曲《病毒无情人有情》来助力我国抗击疫情成为中国内地女歌手音乐人。在2020年至2021年两年时间陆续创作并演唱发行了《党徽永远灿烂》《欢度国庆》等励志新歌曲 和翻唱经典老歌《亚洲雄风》《今天是你的生日》等经典歌曲，专辑以红歌、校园歌曲、情歌、民歌、粤语歌等，2023年中央电视台举办《璀璨中国》玉兔迎春全国春节联欢晚会征集优秀歌曲中原创歌曲《红红火火的中国年》评为优秀歌曲邀请我参加晚会也是晚会的开场新年歌曲并荣获优秀表演奖和个人风采奖。2023年2月《世界华语原创音乐金曲榜》栏目原创歌曲MV征集活动中（必须是5年内创作并带有MV的歌曲才能参加评选）我就选择已经做了MV的歌曲《病毒无情人有情》等13首原创歌曲参加评选，结果13首歌曲都成功评为世界华语原创音乐金曲榜并由香港卫视文旅台在向全球157个国家和地区直播展播宣传！2023年在国内选择了 《党徽永远灿烂》等14首原创歌曲陆续参加国内评选，结果14首歌曲都获奖了，其中《党徽永远灿烂》荣获第三届“唱支山歌给党听”主题文学艺术大赛一等奖《红红火火的中国年》作品及演唱视频荣获当代作家杯文学艺术大赛一等奖《大年三十过大年》荣获“当代作家杯”文学艺术大赛一等奖《五一劳动节快乐》荣获2024首届“冰凝文学奖”优秀作品奖《六一儿童节快乐》荣获2023“教育杯”文学艺术大赛一等奖《教师节之歌—师生情》《运动战歌》荣获2023“中国教育科学经典选评一等奖《春暖花开好时节》荣获2024“中国教育科学经典选评一等奖《八一赞歌》荣获2023“军魂”八一建军节主题文学艺术大赛一等奖《病毒无情人有情》《梦开始的地方》《又是九月九》荣获“长江杯”文学艺术大赛一等奖《欢度国庆》荣获“光大杯”文学艺术大赛一等奖以上获奖作品同时刊登《中国教育科学》《当代作家》国际刊号杂志中！荣获2023年度“中国十佳文艺家“2024年度当代作家”“中国十佳文艺家一等奖”荣誉称号，2024年荣获“全国非物质文化遗产传承人”荣誉称号音乐作品永久载入国际非物质文化艺术促进会官网中！荣获“中国文学艺术界2024年度人物”中国最具影响力的音乐家”音乐作品永久载入中国《香港》美术家协会官网中2024荣获“中国文学艺术界”并获得“中国国宾礼杰出贡献功勋模范艺术家”荣誉称号，2024征集“世界华人文艺家”评选活动中选择具有世界代表性的歌曲《六一儿童节快乐》等四首歌曲参加评选结果四首歌曲都荣获“世界华人文艺家一等奖”并聘为“世界民俗文艺家”世界华人文艺家”在第二十五届世纪大采风品牌人物年度盛典年度评选活动中荣获“音乐领域品牌人物”并应邀参与文艺晚会活动演唱原创歌曲《党徽永远灿烂》并接受中央电视台《华夏英才》栏目组的专访。2025年6月评为“致敬抗战八十周年模范代表人物”并把作品和事迹编入书籍宣传。2025年6月荣获“全国第一批非遗双创人才”荣誉称号和“荣誉奖杯”、非遗高级智库专家首席顾问并纳入非遗高级智库专家大词典中，荣获“中央电视台《名家讲坛》全国示范人物”荣获2025年7月参加纪念抗日战争胜利80周年由中国南昌八一精神研究会等联合国家有关部门举办的“追忆峥嵘岁月.重温卫国豪情—红色文化传承人团聚英雄城隆重纪念抗日战争胜利80周年大型活动并荣获“红色文化传承人”等荣誉称号公益方面：在2023年由当代作家杂志编辑委员会中国教育科学出版社共同举办的“弘扬新时代雷锋精神，捐书助学，奉献爱心”分别举行三次活动中都荣登了“金榜”荣誉称号。2024年积极参加纪念毛主席“向雷锋同志学习”题词61周年活动弘扬新时代雷锋精神，捐书助学，奉献爱心等活动。让我们一起努力更好地走向未来！

Lu Yuqiong Female, from Han to Zhuang ethnic groups. Born on June 27, 1969, the date of ID card registration is June 13, 1970. The ancestral home is originally Nanhai County, Guangdong Province, but now Nanhai District, Foshan City. The native place is Jingxi City, Baise, Guangxi. My educational background was in the mid-1980s. I graduated as a national teacher and am a versatile teacher. Music theory is just one of my specialties. Former national substitute teacher for primary schools and secondary-level primary school teacher. This includes serving as a substitute teacher in a primary school for ten years. In 2012, the state had a policy to make up for ten years of teaching experience. Participating in social insurance and being an individual business owner with self-paid social security fees for 26 years, totaling nearly 37 years of working experience. I retired in June 2025. In June 1988, I graduated from the Ethnic Normal School of Baise Prefecture, Guangxi, a revolutionary base area of the Red Seventh Army (referred to as the National Ethnic Normal School, now Baise University). In September 1988, when I was 19 years old, I was assigned a job by the state and joined the primary school teaching force. Since I was an agricultural population at that time, I was designated as a substitute teacher, while my non-agricultural students were designated as regular teachers. In a rural primary school in Jingxi County, Guangxi, on the border between China and Vietnam, with a salary that is half that of a regular teacher, one person is responsible for all the teaching work of an entire class. For ten years, I have to stand on the podium to teach all day long and grade homework and prepare lessons at night. My entire family is non-agricultural and works in urban units in Nanhai County and Jingxi County, Guangdong Province. In 1971, during the turmoil of the Cultural Revolution, my grandparents' generation, all of whom were members of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, were old revolutionary cadres and leaders. They were all criticized and persecuted and sent to work in rural areas. In 1981, the state issued a policy that my mother, my three elder brothers and I had our household registrations changed to agricultural population Both my grandfather and father had to be rehabilalized and return to the city to regain their leadership positions. At that time, my grandfather had passed away. After my father returned to the city and regained his leadership position, in 1985, the state issued a policy that our family was eligible for the policy of converting rural household registration to urban registration. My father filled out the form and handed it over to the person in charge of the unit. He was preoccupied with his work. When the person in charge was ill and hospitalized, he did not report our family's rural household registration to the relevant superior unit. As a result, our entire family was converted from rural to urban registration It delayed my household registration. In 1992, the state had a policy of purchasing a rural household registration at a high price to convert it to a rural one. I am a member of the National Folk Teacher School in the 1980s. In that era, only those who were outstanding in both liberal arts and science and had excellent moral character and academic performance could be admitted to the National Folk Teacher School. They were all-round professional teachers. After working as a substitute teacher in a primary school in Jingxi County, Baise Prefecture, Guangxi Province, which is now Jingxi City on the China-Vietnam border, for ten years, my husband and I have been living apart. My husband and his family's workplace is in Beihai City. However, he has been working away from home for a long time, and I need to take care of the elderly and children at home. Therefore, in September 1998, I was forced to leave my beloved teaching position and come to Beihai City with my family from Jingxi. After that, I have to take care of the elderly and children alone. To make a living, I can only be a self-employed person in Beihai. During the period from primary school to junior high school, I held positions such as class monitor and life committee member. In the ten years of serving as a substitute teacher in national primary schools, I was a backbone of the teaching staff! During the period of being an individual business owner, one must abide by national laws and regulations, pay taxes in accordance with the law, and also arrange employment for laid-off workers and the unemployed. Before the Spring Festival of 2020, Wuhan, China, was hit by an unprecedented and sudden outbreak of the epidemic. I was 51 years old and composed, sang and released my first original song, "The Virus is Heartless, but People Are Kind-hearted", to support China's fight against the epidemic and became a female singer and musician in Chinese mainland. From 2020 to 2021, over the course of two years, I successively created and released inspiring new songs such as "The Party Emblem Will Always Shine" and "Celebrating National Day", as well as cover versions of classic old songs like "Asian Might" and "Today Is Your Birthday". The albums feature a variety of genres including red songs, campus songs, love songs, folk songs, and Cantonese songs. In the collection of outstanding songs for the "Brilliant China" National Spring Festival Gala held by CCTV in 2023, the original song "A Red and Lively Chinese New Year" was selected as an outstanding song and invited to the gala. It was also the opening New Year song of the gala and won the Excellent Performance Award and the Individual Style Award. In the original song MV collection activity of the "World Chinese Original Music Golden Melody Chart" program in February 2023 (only songs created within the past five years and accompanied by MVS are eligible for the selection), I chose 13 original songs that have already been MVS, including "Viruses Are Heartless, but People Are Compassionate", to participate in the selection. As a result, all 13 songs were successfully rated as the World Chinese Original Music Golden Songs Chart and were live-streamed and promoted to 157 countries and regions around the world by Hong Kong Satellite TV's Culture and Tourism Channel! In 2023, 14 original songs including "The Party Emblem Will Always Shine" were selected to participate in domestic competitions one after another. As a result, all 14 songs won awards. Among them, "The Party Emblem Will Always Shine" won the first prize in the third "Sing a Mountain Song to the Party" theme literature and art competition. The work and singing video of "A Red and Lively Chinese New Year" won the first prize in the Contemporary Writers' Cup Literature and Art Competition. "Celebrating the New Year on New Year's Eve" won the first prize in the "Contemporary Writers' Cup" Literature and Art Competition. "Happy May Day" won the merit award in the first "Bingning Literature Award" in 2024 The outstanding works Award "Happy Children's Day on June 1st" won the first prize in the 2023 "Education Cup" Literature and Art Competition. "Teachers' Day Song - Teacher-Student Affection" and "Sports War Song" won the first prize in the 2023 "Chinese Education Science Classic Selection".
