In May 2025, Jingchang Energy showcased its newly developed intelligent photovoltaic energy storage system at the Global Smart Energy Expo in Munich, Germany. With its innovative products equipped with a big data operation and maintenance platform and remote control technology, the company secured a $2 million European order on-site, with an expected annual export growth of 20%.
In the African market, Jingchang Energy has introduced a specially designed small solar home system for families lacking electricity, with an average price of just over 200 yuan. This initiative has reached 15 African countries and helped nearly 1.5 million impoverished households overcome basic power supply challenges. A company representative explained, "Our products can operate independently in off-grid areas, truly achieving the goal of 'bringing light to every home'."
Entering the production workshop of Jingchang Energy, four automated production lines are operating at full capacity. Scattered silicon solar cells undergo a series of precise processes—polar plate coating, winding, slicing, soldering, lamination, framing, and more—eventually transforming into high-efficiency photovoltaic modules. The company operates a production base spanning approximately 80,000 square meters, equipped with end-to-end manufacturing capabilities from cell processing to energy storage system assembly, with each step rigorously monitored by a stringent quality inspection system. As a "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" enterprise with over 60 patents, Jingchang Energy consistently prioritizes technology-driven manufacturing. Its next-generation energy storage systems feature a big data operation and maintenance platform along with remote control technology, enabling users to reduce electricity costs by more than 30%.
Behind the overseas success of the product lies stable production support. Located in Qingyuan District, Ji'an City, Jingchangneng Company has seen continuous improvements in power infrastructure in recent years. State Grid Ji'an Power Supply Company, recognizing the high voltage stability requirements of Jingchangneng's automated production lines, tailored a specialized power supply solution for the enterprise. During peak order seasons and summer periods of high load, dedicated staff conduct special inspections and maintenance on relevant power supply lines. For capacity expansion and energy efficiency optimization, the power supply company has established a "green channel" to streamline procedures while proactively offering on-site energy efficiency diagnostics. This helps enterprises optimize power usage strategies and reduce energy costs, ensuring efficient operation of production lines during peak demand periods. "Only with reliable power supply can we confidently ship our products," said Peng Degui, production manager of Jingchangneng.
Currently, Jingchangneng has established overseas sales centers in Nigeria and Malaysia, with annual exports growing by over 20%.
