From May 3 to 6，2026，the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province successfully hosted the 2026 Zhejiang Service Trade (UK) Intellectual Property Exhibition at Excel Exhibition Centre in London. This event marked a significant milestone as it was the first time international professional event in UK since the onset of the pandemic where Zhejiang's intellectual property service export base and agencies were showcased, aligning with international standards.
The exhibition focused on showcasing Zhejiang's leading companies in intellectual property services, with an emphasis on trademark and patent services, intellectual property management, copyright protection, and legal consultation. ten leading companies from Zhejiang showcased their services to international clients. At same time , they positively attend “China Day” events and make professional presentations during exhibition. For example, Hangzhou Guozhi Intellectual Property Agency presented "New era, international enterprises face main problems in trade marks in UK market and its solutions" for legal services, while Hanghou Jijia shared successful experiences in international trademark area. Over the four-day exhibition, which included a networking conference, 8 featured presentations, and exhibition displays, the event attracted more than 1,000international business visitors.
The 148th INTA Annual Meeting, a cornerstone event in the intellectual property industry, was also held concurrently, attracting over 10,000 attendees from more than 150 countries. This provided an exceptional platform for Zhejiang to showcase its robust intellectual property services and prestigious national intellectual property service export base to a global audience. By highlighting its capabilities, Zhejiang has made a significant stride towards establishing itself as a key player in the global intellectual property and trade in services landscape, elevating its international profile and boosting its influence.
